The purpose of this Committee is to be a resource of current State and Federal information for the Local Lodge Members and to aid them with Contractual rights, Federal / State regulations and Company policy.  We will continue to educate others who have not yet experienced the complexities and problems of the workers' compensation system.

We will provide these tools of communication by way of this Web page and our newsletter capabilities.  With these tools, it is our hope that both uninjured workers and those already injured will be better prepared for the cruel, yet standard practices of workers' compensation providers, their representatives, and employers alike.

We will bring the plight of injured workers into wide public awareness by way of education and communication.  This is why it's vital that you get involved.

If you have an OJI/Workers Compensation problem please contact us.
